1. Role of the service
Wooribayan provides a platform for users to publish listings and local information and contact each other. It is not the seller, buyer, broker or payment party in individual trades.
2. Accounts and verification
- Use accurate information and keep your sign-in methods and devices secure.
- Do not misuse another person's account, identity or contact details, or bypass verification.
- Phone verification or additional checks may be required for high-risk categories.
3. Posts and trades
- Posters are responsible for ownership or selling authority, descriptions, prices and item condition.
- Before trading, independently verify the other party, the item, rights and contract terms.
- Illegal, dangerous or counterfeit items and content infringing others' rights are prohibited.
4. Trading parties' responsibilities and platform liability
Buyers and sellers must verify and fulfill their trade terms, including condition, ownership, price, payment, delivery, shipping and refunds. In principle, contractual defaults or disputes between trading parties must be resolved by those parties.
Wooribayan does not guarantee the formation or performance of individual trades or payments and does not decide refunds or compensation on behalf of the parties. This does not exclude liability arising from Wooribayan's intent or negligence, service obligations or applicable laws.
5. Service protection and restrictions
Confirmed scams, spam, harassment, system abuse, policy violations or safety risks may lead to content restrictions, feature limits or account suspension. Available and reserved listings are hidden on suspension and are not automatically republished after reactivation without operational review. Fact-finding and appeal procedures may be provided where needed.
- Members who voluntarily delete their accounts cannot rejoin with the same social account or previously verified phone number for 30 days, to prevent repeated sign-ups and abuse.
- Accounts restricted for policy violations follow their separate restriction and appeal procedures, independently of voluntary deletion.
- An administrator may grant exceptions, including to rejoining restrictions, for safety or clear errors. These actions are logged.
6. Item inquiry operations
For initial service operations, missed-inquiry prevention and dispute handling, authorized operators may view item inquiry content and read status. They use this information only as needed to operate the service.
7. Changes and contact
Significant feature or policy changes are announced within the service. The service is Wooribayan. Send questions about these terms to support@wooribayan.com.
8. Maps and address search
Maps and address autocomplete use Google Maps Platform. The Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy also apply to these features.
