Wooribayan prohibits listings that violate Philippine law or present a high risk of harm. ■ Prohibited • Illegal drugs and related supplies • Firearms, ammunition, explosives and dangerous weapons • Stolen goods or goods of unclear origin • Counterfeit goods, replicas and trademark or copyright infringement • Illegally recorded or sexually exploitative content • Illegal wildlife and protected species • Personal information, identities, accounts or authentication methods • Illegal gambling, proxy payments and financial fraud • Deceptive or nonexistent items. Medicines, medical devices, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, food, cosmetics, animals, gift cards and tickets may be restricted depending on applicable laws and authorization. Prohibited or restricted posts may be hidden or deleted without prior notice. Repeated or intentional evasion may restrict posting or account access. Request reconsideration through support if you disagree.

Reservations record trading arrangements and support safer trades. A buyer's request alone does not confirm a reservation; the seller must accept it. Sellers should accept or decline within 24 hours. Without a response, the listing may move to On hold, and repeated cases may lead to deletion. Select the actual reason when canceling. Repeated cancellations, lost contact, no-shows or deliberate obstruction may lead to restrictions or score review. Once trading ends, both parties should confirm completion. The system may complete a trade automatically if no action is taken after the scheduled time. Only trades with accepted reservations can be reviewed. Reviews cover punctuality, communication and item accuracy, are published anonymously after the review period, and affect Bayan Score. False, retaliatory or manipulated reviews may be excluded or adjusted.

Use Wooribayan support and reporting if a trade goes wrong or you find a policy violation. ■ Include • Post title or URL • Other person's nickname and conversations • Payment records • Item photos or videos • Meeting time and place • Damage and requested action • Police or payment-provider reference numbers, if reported. Keep original evidence. Hide unnecessary identity numbers, passport numbers, bank passwords and verification codes before submitting. The team may hide posts, request evidence, warn users or restrict features or accounts. Wooribayan is not a trading party and cannot directly decide or compel refunds or compensation between users. Report suspected crime or financial loss separately to payment providers and local authorities. We may cooperate with lawful authority requests under applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

The Wooribayan community shares life information and trading experiences in the Philippines. • Be respectful and polite. • Abuse, insults, hate, sexual harassment and threats are prohibited. • Do not present unverified claims as facts or publicly attack individuals. • Do not disclose others' names, contacts, addresses, photos or conversations without consent. • No repeated advertising, flooding, promotional links or duplicate posts. • No illegal trades, political agitation, deliberate disputes or unrelated posts. • Do not misuse reports for retaliation or to obstruct competitors. Posts and comments violating policy may be hidden or deleted. Severity and repetition may lead to warnings, posting restrictions, community restrictions or account restrictions. Appeal through support if you believe an action is incorrect. The team will review the content, reports and relevant evidence.

Do not post exact home addresses, personal phone numbers, identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information in public posts or comments. Wooribayan displays approximate trading areas rather than individual sellers' exact addresses or coordinates. Agree on a specific public meeting place in site chat once a trade is arranged. ■ Never share • SMS or email verification codes • Passwords and recovery codes • Full identity document photos • Card numbers, security codes or online banking details • Accounts or payment methods in another person's name. The team never asks for passwords or codes. Do not respond to impersonators requesting personal information or external-link visits; report them. Moving to external messengers or calls can make it harder for Wooribayan to verify the trading process. Keep important terms and arrangements in site chat where possible. If information is exposed, edit or delete the post immediately and notify the team. If you suspect account theft, change your password and check connected devices.
